    • Preparing Training calendar and managing Training batch attrition to <5%
    • Preparing TNI, coaching the LCA and certifying their performance
    • Monitoring performance and taking end to end care of the budging agents for the first 30 days or the OJT
    • Responsible for daily refreshers, product updates and briefings followed by dip checks
    • Responsible for identifying the scope of skill development required for the team, responsible for coaching and conducting skill development sessions to develop an individual’s skill
